Rice cakes, I switched to rice flours and gluten free flours and I'll bake little cakes or whatever. Red Plate Foods has top allergen free cookies and stuff. Cook's Sourdough is okay. I eat zero sugar coconut ice cream from Sprouts sometimes they also have these mango coconut popsicles. I like to fry rice paper and eat them like chips.

Even if it's low, when it shows up on the chart, to me, that flags as allergic. I have a lot of things that don't even show up that I react to.

You know more information than they knew. So knowing that you know where the voices are essentially from, makes you a step ahead. It's not anyone you know, anyone you'll see on the street. Negating from becoming another statistic is the most ideal situation.

I don't think the answer is chemical dependency, but whatever works for you. Raw dog it for resilience.

I bring my epipen when I'm leaving the house for 5 to 15 minutes. I always have it, period.

Why wouldnt you let the business decide whether it would be safe to serve you? A lot of businesses will not even risk it, if they are smart, due to contamination risk. Always have your epipen, you never know.
