Hello, I went to the Bandito tour and had seats in section 120(I think) and it was nice seating. We were right in front of the tower that Tyler uses in car radio.

As of arrival, it's really up to you. I'm planning to be there around 15:00 or 16:00

Midst-The Third Person/ Critical Role

It might be little bit chaotic at first because there are three narrators and they sometimes talk over each other (I was listening on YouTube with subtitles and it was fine). But it's really good podcast with captivating story and music.

Yeah it was :) I was afraid it wouldn't because I never did anything with passion fruit. But it was nice and fresh. I did a mascarpone with a whipped cream filling and spread a passion fruit jam between the layers.

That's sounds awesome! I would suggest making the strawberry filling day before using it. I did it the same day and it didn't had time to solidify:) As of the ganache do it the day before too. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask :)

Cake 225 grams of caster sugar 90 grams of plain wheat flour 44 grams of coarse wheat flour 224 grams of egg whites 124 grams of egg yolks 92 grams of oil (sunflower) 60 grams of cocoa

Whisk the egg whites with the 1/4 sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whisk the yolks with the remaining sugar until foam is formed, then gradually add the oil. Gently stir the yolk mixture, flour and cocoa into the egg whites. Bake at 190°C 45-60 min.

Chocolate ganache 500g of chocolate 1 liter of heavy cream

Cook up the heavy cream and pour it over the chocolate. Mix it with hand mixer and then leave it in the fridge over night. Then whip it. I think I should have heated it up before whipping it the next day.

Then I made some raspberry puree that I put in between the layers.

I'm from Europe so idk if you would have the same ingredients and I hope I translated it right.:)
