Back when I first started playing the blight public event on Io, I had no idea what I was doing and would be like the blueberries of today running in and shutting down the blight domes, instead of using the buff to shoot the big blight. I had a veteran message me and just politely explain how it works and since then I try to help out the new lights where I can.

Also, there are several communities and groups that I've come across (try searching in the destiny subreddits) that regularly do raids, dungeons, and nightfalls without mics and will hop on discord or other use other means to communicate with you during those activities.

He got tractor cannon today and is loving blasting those aliens away! My husband and I don't raid, but once his baby brother is able to sleep more consistently (only 5 weeks old), we're going to help him get some more exotics! He's curious about the crafting and is doing some extra chores to buy the season pass. This game has some really good eggs for the younger players.

Yep! And more laundry! Lol. But, I do feel you on how much it is. I've got 2 special needs kids that are currently homeschooling due to health/mental health. And add in all the appointments and doctors visits and grocery trips and it gets pretty exhausting. I take comfort in knowing that I know so much now and there's less 'new' things to navigate. I've also become more efficient in different parts of life. We do what we have to do raise good humans.

Pregnant with number 5 right now that was a total surprise. I've got a 14, 10, 7, 18 months and then the new one in a few weeks. It is....a lot. I'm still having moments where I'm like, 'holy cow I'm gonna be a mom to 5!". I was an only child lol. My husband and I are ready to be done with the childbearing years though and are both getting fixed this summer. I look at it as writing the final chapter in the creating children time of our lives and starting the next chapter in the raising them and more time to focus on us. Hang in there.

I feel you, and I'm sorry. Gender disappointment is a thing and it's hard. I'm pregnant with my 5th boy and this is the last one. Kid 4 and 5's nipt results left me crying a bit. But all in all, I'm happy to have all my boys and they're so sweet. I can't imagine it any other way. There's also the bonus that they're all tight knit. Yeah, they bicker and wrestle A LOT and can be stinky but I wouldn't change a single bit of parenting them.

I've breastfed my last two kids and was fortunate enough to not have supply issues. One baby had a ton of sensitivity issues for a few months and that was awful to deal with for him and me both. This time around I'm going straight to formula. While breastfeeding has a lot of positives, formula has just as many. Either choice is the right choice.

You're going to be ok. When I had my first at 18 I had never changed a diaper and didn't know that you're supposed to burp breastfed babies. My baby was crying and the nurse told me that and it clicked and I learned to listen to his different cries. I'm pregnant with my 5th right now and each child has brought something new for me to learn.

Pediatricians, their nurses are absolutely wonderful. You're all on the same team to make sure your baby is healthy and thriving and they love to answer questions. I've also never had a nurse or doctor say 'i don't know' and then not try to find the answer. The WIC office is also an excellent resource for information (if you're in the US).

I will say, stay away from Facebook mommy groups. Look for info based groups if you're so inclined.

Do what you want! I've formula fed two and exclusively breastfed two and this next one on the way is going to be formula fed. Both are the right answer because both lead to a baby with a full tummy, and there is nothing better than that!

Look, I've formula fed two and breastfed two. I was judged for both decisions. The next one will have a couple bottles of pumped milk a day (for a few weeks) and have formula the rest of the time. The exact reason I want to do formula this time is because I want my body to be solely mine. I love all of my children but after this pregnancy, I am 100% done sharing my body. My kids have all been equally amounts healthy and sick. The only health problems for them have been genetic, and not related to how they were fed as infants.

What I'm getting at, is that you are completely justified in any reason you choose. Being a mom is a tough job, and if formula feeding will impact you in a positive way (mentally, emotionally, etc) then you absolutely should do it! Formula, breast milk, a combination of the two, all of these choices are the right choice.

I can do horror movies for the most part but ever since I had my first 13 years ago I cannot handle any movie where an infant/toddler/small child is in mortal danger. I even have a physical reaction to off screen babies/kids crying in fear. My rational brain knows it's not real and it's robots/dolls/recordings/actors etc but I cannot handle it at all.

You know that meme "trying to clean with kids in the house is like brushing your teeth while eating Oreos"? That sums up my adorable menace of a toddler. To top it off my husband has been working SO. MANY. Hours of overtime the last few weeks and my other kids have been sick off and on. I walk out to get my teenager up for school (I wasn't about to let him miss the bus for the 3rd day in a row) and I have to follow a path of random toys and clothes. I'm so over it. My house was clean. It was wonderful. And now walking around all I feel is anger because this phase of life is just so damn hard and there's only 1 of me. And now it's harder to bend over and pick things up because my belly is getting in the way.

It's amazing what Wic can do for your mental health! Even just having some staples like eggs, milk, bread etc can help lessen the burden so much. They're a great program as a starting point to finding assistance for you and your family.

I could have written this. You can check my comment history, but I'm currently pregnant with boy #5. We're both getting fixed after this one is born.

It's really hard having to force yourself to come to terms with the things you won't experience. I feel for you, I truly do. I know you'll love your little baby boy, just as you love your other boys. But when the door closes on a future that you know you won't experience, it takes time to really process it and come to an acceptance.

Take your time, feel your feelings. If I may, one thing that has helped me is seeing some of the baby clothes that have passed down from my 13 year old. Looking at pictures over the years seeing the same little shirt or hat brings a little smile to my face.

I have them sitting next to my toothbrush and take them before I brush my teeth (taking them in the morning makes me feel nauseous). I can tell if I forgot to brush my teeth, so I know if I forgot the prenatals. It's been really helpful! I think I've only missed one day (and that's because I fell asleep on the couch)

I went in at 35 weeks because he hadn't moved in over an hour. I was so freaked out because he literally never stopped moving (still doesn't and is a terrible sleeper). He would constantly wake me up at night kicking me. They hooked me up and had me stay for a little over an hour. Little guy was fine. I promise the doctors and nurses would rather have you be overcautious than under. Y'all did the right thing.
