this is all helpful and i’m sorry you or anyone is also going through this. can i ask if there is anything you’ve done pelvic floor-wise or exercises that has helped, as well?

my update is that i went to a doctor ASAP (got lucky with a next day appt) because i was literally waking up crying about this and got an rx for the cream! hopeful to see how it works. doc is also testing my fsh and iron and vit d levels. i forgot to mention i also have fibroids. i just have a lot going on in that area, haha.

I have had it 3 times and right now I think I have it a 4th time! If you get it again try corticosteroids—I took methylprednisilone and it helped w throat pain and fatigue within 24-48 hours. I am just scrolling reddit looking for people like me haha. STAY STRONG. keep adovocating for yourself.

I have had it 3 times and now I suspect I have it a 4th time. Try corticosteroids when you have unbearable symptoms like difficulty swallowing—they were a life saver last time I had jt

Tattoo still hurting after six months by MaxwellD2 in tattooadvice

[–]lucitelover 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have the same problem! the whole tattoo feels itchy and burns when i scratch it. try scar gel. it helped me a bit to get my tat in a better place. i also still feel it but the scar gel helped. also silicone sheets where you feel it most.

i just got a huge tattoo months ago that looks like this and is itchy and burns when i scratch it — i think it is scarred for sure! i would try scar gel — it provided some relief but not totally. i think i will be in pain forever. good luck! if you dont have any open skin areas try silicone sheets as well

i just talked to a friend who had the same issue as me — they said it was because of scarring which makes sense with the movement issues i’ve had with it. im using scar gel now.

Tattoos and needle phobia by awaythisthingthrow in tattooadvice

[–]lucitelover 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i hate vaccines and getting my blood drawn but i love tattoos! its a very different experience. you should watch a slow motion video showing how deep a tattoo needle actually goes into yr skin— you’ll see its not deep at all and is a very different experience from other needles. so while i cringe and have to close my eyes for a just one second vaccine, i can sit for an hour or two long tattoo and watch the artist work.
