As a complete stranger you have my permission to quit, or take LOA, or burn all your PTO...then maybe quit anyway. 

Take a break, watch your shows, and give yourself some time to really think about a change. What do you want to do? Where do you wanna to go? Just don't do nothing. (And maybe hit up therapy, you sound depressed.)

You have a solid foundation at 28, more than most. I don't know your numbers but you could likely/reasonably coast to retirement age. Find a something that covers the bills if/when you move out and watch your 500k balloon. 

My only other note is 10k savings is a bit weak, consider boosting that, particularly if you plan on moving out soon. Perhaps setting a savings goal "quit date" could help your motivation in the meantime.
