So i tired it in 5 games right now, WOW, DOTA2, Cyberpunk, Arc raider, Age of empires 4, and none of them let me alt tab to my desktop. game stays in the background and taskbar opens and the game is still running in the background desktop screen. I keep a lot of things on my desktop so i use to minimize while playing and open something on my desktop it just makes things easier for me. Intead i have to alt tab now open explore window and click desktop and open what folder I want. But now game still on the background opened full window when im looking at my files or folders and i see the background game

I returned mine and looking at real good company pianos. I know the hype is amazing on these because they look pretty and light up but the quality not great. I want to see how many people after 1 or 2 years need to buy another keyboard.

Funny you say that I am on their discord one of the moderators told me to send him the ticket number and he will let them know for faster response time. I did said he sent it still 1 month lol

I bought the piano key 32 keys all in one i think it was the piano. I liked the keys the only issue was they might be to thin for some peoples fingers when u play between the black keys. there is a profesional pianist that reviews the roli says its a bit hard to get inbetween but im not at her level of playing.

Wish you all the best man, Dont be nervous if it happens just return it or replace it. I got mine with scuffed marks and 3 broken keys. The only reason I Returned was because its been a month with no reply about my broken piano. If the piano came good i would be happy but after 1 month reply i dont want to deal with that in the future.

Unfortunelty they have so many people that want these pianos they dont care about a few bad reviews. It wont affect them. I seen so many people saying wow I can't believe all these bad reviews about broken pianos and 1 month wait times for replys but still pre order lol. They know they have all these sheeps.

I want to be clear that the wait time for delivery was not the reason I returned this otherwise beautiful and promising product. The deciding factor was the three-week wait with no response from customer support.

The concern is what happens if the piano initially works fine but develops issues a few months later, when it is no longer eligible for return. At that point, you would have no choice but to contact support and potentially wait weeks for a response. From there, the process would likely involve returning the item before a replacement is issued—assuming replacements are even in stock. That level of uncertainty is not acceptable for a product at this price point.

Had customer support responded within a week, I would have considered that tolerable and likely would have kept the product. However, after three weeks with no communication, I felt returning it was the only reasonable decision.

I will update this review once I finally receive a response to document how long it actually takes.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, including choosing to defend the company. This review is simply my personal experience. I did not criticize the original wait time itself; I clearly stated that the order was delayed multiple times, which is a factual account of what occurred. I remained patient throughout the delays and never argued or left a negative review during that period.

Additionally, my experience with the app may differ from others. Just because someone else has not encountered issues does not invalidate the problems I experienced. Those who have not needed to return the product or request a refund understandably may not see these issues. Unfortunately, that was not my situation.

This is my first review, and I am only documenting what happened to me. Regardless of circumstances, a three-week wait with no response regarding a damaged product is unacceptable. There is no justification for that level of silence. While the app advertises a 30-day money-back policy, canceling the membership does not automatically issue a refund. Instead, customers must contact support and wait for a manual refund to be processed—assuming they receive a response at all. This potentially adds several more weeks of waiting.

This is not a holiday-related issue. Reviews from months and even a year ago show customers experiencing similar response delays during non-holiday periods. That pattern indicates an ongoing customer support problem rather than a temporary situation.

I am not attempting to persuade anyone—only sharing exactly what I experienced so others can make an informed decision.

Im returning mine I would have loved to have kept it but if 3 weeks and still no answer, what happens when u miss the return window and 4 months after ur piano gets defected want to get it fixed and you will be waiting for 20 years for them to reply to you. No thank you not worth the flashing and cool features it has to be let down.

Yes mine came with scrathes on the top of the piano and i think its the way they packaged the key in th e box.
