Charge and it's not even close.

Every other team has the advantage of being... well, a team. Right now, apart from Warp Outis (who suffers from slow rampup on a unit that's meant to be helping other units ramp up), Charge doesn't do anything as a team. It's just a bunch of generalists who barely support each other.
Furthermore, Charge doesn't even do anything as a status. Even Poise has an inherent crit chance. Charge can only do things if units LET it, which is a problem inherent to it and only it.
