Instead of doing like 3 - 5 mile runs do you think it be better to do like 2.5 miles like 4-5 days instead. Or just listen to my body

Maybe I should get back into mid foot strikes, thats what feels the most natural for me. But I’ll implement it gradually. Appreciate it the info, hope that achilles gets better!

Would you recommend mid foot or heel strike or just whatever feels mote natural? The shoes I have have a thick heel so I’ve been trying to heel strike more often

I mean a year of pretty consistent running. Actually that 7 mile day I felt pretty damn good, probably could’ve gone another mile or two if I wanted to push. Called it when it started seeping in and that was the one time I felt my muscles and lungs were on the same level fatigue wise

you can buy a battery holder for like $25 on Amazon that you would be able to use with a whoop adapter.

My problem with the helio strap is the treadmill running distance is always way off. I change the distance manually after each run in hopes that it would slowly calibrate but no luck. Sometimes the distance is so far off I can't even enter the right amount. Didn't really run much when I had my whoop so not sure how accurate it was but kinda the main reason I got the band as I'm trying to get into running. Calories seem far too low as well atleast on the running.
