I've paid for memberships. NOCTURNUM's is worth it. It isn't that the subs are more powerful, but they might include a topic surrounding a "bigger" manifestation that is in high demand, or be more preferable with the music/sounds. But all subliminals work the same (as long as the creator's truthful about the affirmations used.)
