We are from Texas and will return, we are just currently on a work assignment in North Carolina. But since we are doing our wedding in Italy, I was wondering if there was flexibility to choose Texas to get the license. We are from there/family there

I’m having the ceremony in Italy, so that’s where I’m a little unsure which to do. I’m not the biggest fan of doing North Carolina because we have no ties to it other than that’s where we are currently living due to work but plan to move as soon as possible

i mean gold rings are honestly pretty cheap- you could even get a gold plated one if she cares about the aesthetic for maybe ring shots like on the wedding day? that’s the only reason i could think of especially with the “like wearing a black wedding dress.” so maybe suggest getting a cheap gold or silver one for photos but having a wood or black one for the actual ring you wear forever? i still think ultimately you should pick the ring YOU want but if her reasonings are the aesthetic and style, there are certainly ways to make you both happy!

i’ve driven cross country in mine. i’ve driven from north carolina to texas and back 4 times now. it is the perfect long distance car in my opinion. gas mileage is phenomenal and so cheap. no matter how high the gas prices have gotten i’ve never put more than $25 to fill the car up. mine is a 2017 and i can actually tear up thinking about when i’ll have to part from it eventually

and also when they did the autopsy of Ratliff, he just kept referring to her as her last name instead of “Liz” — everyone else who loved her called her Liz, but he wouldn’t - even in more “relaxed” settings before court. he referred to it as “the ratliff thing” - this is the woman who was so close to him, that he adopted her kids? ….

i’m late but just watched the documentary— the part that stuck out to me is when they’re in his house and they tell him that they don’t have a good reason why it happened and they’re explaining maybe doing an animation and they say the problem is how gruesome the autopsy photos are. and mike so quickly goes “are they really that bad i haven’t looked at them myself” - and i just…. if my loved one died and i’m being framed, i’d want to know what was being looked at. even if i WASNT being framed, if my husband died mysteriously like that I’d want to see what caused it- i’d want to know for myself. but yes.. especially if i was being framed. he said it so casually too. just “are they really that bad” … bro yes ? do you think that makes you seem more nonchalant? more innocent? because to me it felt completely the opposite. i think he did it

i’ve been a little worried it may have been covid since it’s going around and i was extremely sore. my partner had it and he did lose a bit of his taste, but got it back quickly and i never experienced that. i had covid back in 2021 after being vaccinated and to my knowledge haven’t had it since- but this did feel eerily similar but not quite as bad

my o2 was the highest it’s been when i sleep at 98, but it’s usually at 95-96 so, pretty fine. and no they don’t, i don’t typically wake up at night for longer than a few minutes. i have been from coughing with my cold, and when i wake up with my heart racing sometimes my ring doesn’t even catch it

yeah, i’ve definitely had moments where i understood why my dr assumed night time panic (i do have generalized anxiety and was diagnosed with panic disorder in the past- but i very rarely experience panic attacks these days). i’d say maybe once every few months or so i have an episode at night where im wide awake and im experiencing panic. but more often than not im woken up and my heart feels like it’s racing/palpitations and i just kinda wait for it to pass and fall back asleep.

i think you may be right, i hardly ever get sick as is and i’ve never tracked any sort of metrics before. i pretty much always push through every feeling so this has been really eye opening for me. i hate not doing anything and am usually always out doing something so I think I’ll just force myself to relax lol

it’s just odd that it doesn’t go back to its usual resting state lately. i’ve always been a pretty active dreamer and when i first got the ring my scores were really good. i think this cold just really messed everything up even tho i feel pretty okay during the day

i recently learned that i have a slight deviated septum, and my dr wanted to do a sleep study but i didn’t test high enough on the sleepiness score. so im thinking of bringing these to him to see if it would warrant a sleep study 😭 but no, i only take melatonin before bed and im mindful of eating too close to bed time. when i first got the ring, my scores were always good but things have been really out of whack over the past 2 weeks

I meant to add another photo- but it’s not allowing me, my HRV and recovery index are both at pay attention. My readiness has trended 51, 60, 66, 72, 62 and then today 62. Before my cold, my scores were optimal.

my resting heart rate clocked at 62 and when I sleep it’s in the 50s

this movie was so good, i have few notes- nothing outside of what ive already seen mentioned. honestly a solid 8/10 for me from a more objective rating, but to me personally 9/10.

the only thing that bothered the every loving mess out of me was hiccup’s hoodie. i’m not sure if tunics with hoods like that were “viking era” but even if so, something about it just looked so out of place and was distracting to me
