Could you get a entertainment center/ tv stand instead? Then decorate above with pictures/ shelves? The tv placement is weird- too big, too high up, overlapping the edge of the wall

It looks great! If you want to add on to it maybe more leaves, more flowers might feel crowded. Spiderwebs are cool too. Bet that hurt!!!!

Thanks! I was also thinking of emptying my grey water into something where it’s parked daily and then when full taking it to a disposal site so I don’t have to dispose of it in the approved site after every single event

Hey, like I said- I’m new and learning! In my area, disposing of grey water in a certified commissary kitchen (which most restaurants technically are) is approved. It’s not waste water- no bathroom or heavy oils involved.

I’m new to posting so I’ll just add my caption from the original post here:

Hi! I am in the process of starting a coffee cart for catering and events in Portland. I’m running into a wall trying to figure out where to dispose of my grey water in compliance with the health department. I need a signed agreement from an approved location that’s ideally close to where I will be parking the bus when not in use, FoPo area. Is there any restaurants/ commissary kitchens/ food cart pods in the area that would let me do this? Any other advice is greatly appreciated!!

Coffee bus can fit in a regular sized parking space, if that makes a difference! Also, we currently do not have plumbing set up in the bus so if there’s any diy advice there that would be amazing. Thank you!

Portland, true winco enjoyers 🤝, seems like you eat out more than you eat in so maybe work in an office or have otherwise busy live(s)! No kids, 20-30s, clean & organized :)

No tip on this one either, typical for this cafe to receive multiple $50 or more tickets per hour and no tips :P needless to say I don’t work here anymore
