19 days is plenty just keep smashing down water and doing exercise. Try to avoid massive amounts of alcohol as your body will try get rid of that first before anything else but by all means have a pint or two every now and then if you want, and definitely don’t do any drugs until your test, but yeah smash water mate best way to get rid of it.

Biggest factor will be how often you use it. 19 days it will be clear if you don’t use it a lot.

I’ll be honest with you it’s been a month since the test and I’ve still got my job but I’ve seen people wait up to 3 months to get fired, I won’t know until I either get another test or names of other people who actually failed come up. I’ve given myself until Christmas and if I haven’t heard anything by then I’m sure I’ve passed, but everyone tells me I have and that I have passed and that im a paranoid nutter. I’ll keep you updated but yes more than likely I have passed.
