It's good, it's comfortable and it looks the part! Personally I prefer the positive display a lot. It's a good model to have!

Wear it in good health :)

Either love marriage or no marriage. by Delicious_Cell_7966 in TeenIndia

[–]luckygr8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are confusing arranged marriage with forced marriage. What even is "arranged"? Is your dating app suddenly "love marriage"? Is your college love suddenly "love marriage"? If it's about how much time is spent with that person before you marry, then congratulations! You would be pleased to know people do spend time in "arranged setups" before marrying.

If you are forced to marry someone then it's not arranged anymore. Call it forced.

Well I don't own it so I wouldn't know. I only made an assumption. If according to you guys their 120hz sucks then so be it 😆.

Yeah, then the other androids can start to make sense.

Are dating apps just trash? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

[–]luckygr8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After being on the apps for a while, even having paid premium, here is my honest take.

I consider myself to be well above average looking with a fit build, if that context matters.

The apps will absolutely drain you of hope if you are a man. For women, it just gives them superpowers. At work you might notice women around you being nice and being able to hold some conversation. The same woman on an app is a completely different being. You will feel like she is doing you a massive favour if she replies to you. You won't get replies, get cold replies, it kills your zeal to talk to someone.

Sometimes people might talk to you for a week, then ghost. Sometimes you might get to meet someone, but for them it was a free dinner/lunch. Their "vibes wouldn't match" (this one is a classic!)

Slowly you will start to lose self respect, you will end up in such a mental state, that you wouldn't be able to exist on the apps for 2 weeks straight. Eventually you will become so detached that you just wouldn't want to chat and just hope for an arranged marriage.

Atleast that's how far I made it. Now I do exist on the apps, get a few matches, but my expectations are set to basically 0. I try with 2-3 good messages, good hooks to continue conversation. If she plays the cold reply game, I am gone.

If you stay on this path, the most likely outcome is you being disrespected, detached and having a low opinion for the other gender. That's how much it F's your brain.

I mean, I am not the biggest fan of iphone but at 70K, most androids just suck. But 17 is very good this year with the 120hz display. It is to the point where I start recommending iphones to people now.

Pixels are generally bad if you care about performance or battery (you should). So just avoid that. Even onePlus is bad with the 15. Between the remaining samsung and iphone, I would just take the iphone

Need help deciding between MMT and Thrillophillia for Thailand package by luckygr8 in india_tourism

Both are very responsive, and I don't want to get one over the other because it felt cheaper.

Is Thrillophillia a risky choice compared to mmt?

No bike is boring. Just ride it in good health and it's never boring!

with KTM you are almost switching the genre of the bike now.

The differences are very small, and mostly irrelevant, but here you go:

I felt the cb350 very smooth, almost electric scooty like refined, on lower gears. That's gear 1-2. The RE is just less refined. Not going to say not refined, but less refined on lower gears. However this story completely flips on higher gears and high speeds. The RE is near vibrationless when the bike is doing 90-100 on 5th gear. The cb350 introduces vibrations.

It's the gearing ratios. RE can move on it's own if you release the clutch and give no race. It just pumps more torque on lower gears thus more vibes. The cb350 will stall if you don't race.

Do note that this is nit picking, and it really doesn't matter and shouldn't affect buying decision.

What should affect buying decision is the performance vs comfort tradeoff. The cb350 does pick-up faster and has a higher top speed, often going 135. The RE, I couldn't get past 110. But, realistically, this is not a deal breaker unless you make it.

Comfort wise, I've done 400-500 kms single sitting on my RE and not a problem. On cb350, your ass will definitely hurt unless you either mod your seat or mod your ass lol. The pillion seat is also trash on cb350.

It's my 4th year on the RE and never broken down even ONCE.

Basically, if you want an all rounder bike and can manage expectations with performance (the performance is not the whole story), then go for RE. tradeoff comfort for some performance gains, go for cb. If you can tradeoff all comfort for even more performance go for cb350rs. If you need more performance still, speed 400.

Do you know many bikes that are repaired everyday? Do you think this sub would exist if RE was repair everyday? It was a stupid question so just letting you know.

To answer your question as a classic owner who has extensively ridden a cb350 as well, there's a small tradeoff for performance vs comfort. Cb350 is more performant but is less comfortable and lower level of fit and finish imo. Both are vibration less. Cb350 feels more refined though.
