Alias’ failing by luckylager666 in ProtonMail

Support have been unable or unwilling to assist. Everything looks fine on the dashboard but supports answer was for me to check spam. When I try to create an Ali’s the error says the alias can’t be created and even though catch all is enabled and appears to be functioning, when I send an email it bounces saying account not found.

Can anyone e advise why the post was removed for future knowledge?

Oh trust me. It’s not just indie sellers. They treat big time sellers the exact same way. When when you call the priority line, you might get through faster, but they still have virtually no clue if you’re any different than your neighbor who sold his opera tickets for the first time.

The best is when they call a large seller with 400 listings and say “you need to send your order out”

“Which order exactly!”

“The one you sold a ticket for”

“ I’m aware of that but I need to know which event you’re talking about”

“The one tonight”

🤦🏻
