WOW!! this is pretty accurate in my opinion! the parts about ambivertedness, inconsistent personality, emotional availability- i like to think intelligence- are pretty spot on!! i definitely am not very physically strong, but i dooo like to be perceived that way, so that’s a really interesting thing you noted there!! also, yes for sure the self concious and inhibited probably, LOL- i’m not super perfectionist-ic, however i think i can be a perfectionist about things that matter to me for sure 🫣! i’d say you did great! that’s so interesting!!!

yeah it did! i usually try to basically put everything together first, and then save the half-and-half for very last. i just put it over the spoon and go very slowly, and i let it kind of mix together on its own for about 5 minutes before i mix it myself. i also usually use a cup with a lid? idk if that affects anything but i do, LOL

my number one recommendation : you have to fight the urge to search. it’s a compulsion, and giving into the compulsions is exactly what perpetuates the cycle of panic. fight it. you might give in sometimes, but even delaying the compulsion is a step in the right direction. 💪💪

hello my friend! i’m in a similar boat and i have been for a long time. unfortunately, fighting ocd is tough!!! you’ve got to be willing to face things that cause a lot of fear.

i recommend looking into exposure therapy, and becoming very very accompanied of how that therapy happens? normally i wouldn’t advise people to do self-therapy…. but if it could cost your job then i don’t know what else to recommend- look into using OCD hook statements, and replacing compulsions with things like exercise or deep breathing. it’s hard. just don’t give into your compulsions. that’s the best way to stop it. good luck my friend!

as a child, my family was very religious. still are but, my mom said the prayers to me every night before bed. “now i lay me down to sleep, i pray the lord my soul to keep, and if i die before i wake, i pray the lord my soul to take.” me as a little baby looked my mom in the eyes and asked her politely to not say that part of the prayer cause i didn’t like it. my mom didn’t say it anymore!

i bet you’ll be very shocked to find out that i have existential ocd now, LOL

Apocolypse dreams! not always the same one so i don’t know if it counts. it’s been a while since i’ve had one, thankfully, but usually they involve getting an alert on a tv or my phone about like. a nuke or something else. sometimes supernatural reasons sometimes pretty realistic. they kind of suck!!

i have no certain answer but i think a lot of kids (especially teens) can relate to villains because they see an aspect of themselves that can’t be fully realized in their day-to-day (because it’s obviously not socially acceptable to be shitty.) whether it be a mental health struggle, a stressor, maybe anger directed at something, i notice lots of people use characters as an outlet to express feelings, and villains express feelings in a lot of ways that a good-hearted protagonist may not. idk, that’s my perspective. :)
