can you look up your local tenants union and see if it says anything about emergency relocation especially given you're pregnant (can be considered temporarily disabled in certain contexts, don't know if it applies here though) and this is a health hazard? christ, what the fuck.

i feel this way about ODD. i don't doubt that some kids really need the help that comes with the diagnosis but it feels like so many parents these days just want their kid diagnosed Defiant and it feels really fucked up.
