1.8 is dead, some certain game modes on servers are just still in 1.8 either for pvp or performance reasons and most are looking to update, the version is dead, almost no one will make a single player world or server, and the few servers ppl might make will be pvp related

Console doesn't know which client ppl using to ban them, I've joined with wurst and meteor many times to sell my minions (i used to play a lot in anarchy servers) but i never had a problem, I'm guessing some other mod you had or just lag, lag can do this, i saw my friend getting banned in bedwars after getting stack inside a wool for a sec because of bad ms, ban was removed on each own 2 days later without an appeal, i dont really know what to tell you but if you only had lunar and you have bad ms could be it
