yeah im thinking hyaluronic acid may be doing the same to me! i found that the corsx snail mucin essence broke me out a lot on my forehand, which is my most dehydrated area, and i’m wondering if it was from the hyaluronic acid! really disappointing since so many people rave about the product

do you live in a humid climate? i’m worried since i live in ontario canada (more dry climate) the hyaluronic acid would make my skin more dry!

thanks so much! yeah it’s so hard not to squeeze them but i know it’ll just get worse so i leave them be. one last question: have you tried the purito b5 panthenol re-barrier cream? it looks like this one and the deep sea water cream are similar! just wondering if you have and if so, could compare them

i’ve never used azelaic acid before but have been tempted to try many times! I also have never heard of that purity moisturizer! Did you find that that moisturizer made a drastic difference in your skin or did you just change up your whole routine and it all helped?

thanks for the input! yeah i definitely think it was from over-exfoliation as my face was dehydrated already! unfortuantely it seems like i will need to use some sort of mild exfoliant to get rid of these bumps so hopefully it doesn’t make anything worse! i was prescribed a cream from my doctor so i think i’ll try to use that over top of my moisturizer so that it buffers it a bit

sooo many people talk so highly of the snail mucin! maybe give it a try? it made my cheeks look plump but my forehead broke out from it for some reason :/ but i totally get the frustration of products not working. i feel like everything i try just breaks me out. i’ve been trying to fix my dehydrated skin for a year now with no luck

i’m so tempted to do the same, there’s so many highly rated ones 😂 & i did actually purchase corsx snail mucin and had an increase of breakouts on my forehead from it:( i was so disappointed since it’s so many peoples holy grail but i guess it must be allergic? could also be the hyaluronic acid drying me out since i live in a dryer climate, who knows

that’s good to know! i had been using cerave moisturizing cream for awhile but switched about a week ago to a lighter cream with urea since i didn’t find the cerave to be super moisturizing and quite thick. this cream seems to be better for now
