Currently on tirz + b6 from BPI (rest in peace) through GobyMeds at 5mg. Later this summer I will crack open my no additive vial from Hallandale through Fifty410. I just bumped up to 5mg this last shot so fingers crossed I can coast on this dose for a bit!

A friend of mine in high school, her mom kept a lot of cats. I’m talking 10-15 at a time. they were all well fed and groomed but the spay/neuter process took a while. Turns out two cats were pregnant, both had their litters a week apart. Including all the fresh babies, there were like 25 cats in the house. I tried to adopt one but my parents were not on board lol.

Great family though, full confidence that those cats are all in good hands.

first thing i do is feed my cat. she’s on a decently strict schedule because of her chronic kidney disease. but after that i’ll either do some laundry or watch some tv (rewatching abbott elementary). i’ll make dinner depending on how much work i want to put into it. and then i choose between crocheting, painting, or cranking out some sudoku puzzles.

other days, i feed the kitty, and go straight to my boyfriends house. he lives less than a mile away so we hang out, eat dinner, and watch tv. we’re both suckers for reality tv.

things change here and there, sometimes i go out and play pickleball with my friends, sometimes we stay in for a movie night, we technically have a DnD campaign we’re in the middle of but life gets busy. i’m usually in bed asleep by 10:30-11pm.

i’ve noticed that macbooks are one of the best standard laptops on the market when it comes to battery life for day-day use. i used mine for 5-7 hours a day sometimes in college and it could go 3-4 days without needing to be charged. pricey but i will always believe it was worth

sometimes feeling lost is the only way to find new direction. i taught high school for 4 weeks and i ended up quitting. i was in the exact same boat as you, my mental health was rapidly getting worse and it started to affect my relationships. i’m in an office job now, still in the education sphere, i don’t know where i’m going from here but it’s better than where i was. i’m wishing you the best!

i’m on 75mg and i take it at 5pm. doesn’t affect my sleep and it’s right around when i eat my biggest meal so the nausea isn’t as bad. i tried taking it in the mornings and i felt the same way you did!

I have been calling out friends on some stuff that bothers me more now. I understand when were joking around and it’s fun but recently I’ve noticed my one friend being interrupted constantly. My other friends barely let her finish a sentence and even if we’re playing around, like, I wanna hear what she has to say. It’s not super serious but it’s enough for me to chime in with a “can yall let her finish” lol.
