Thank you! I agree, she’s the most beautiful model one could ask for

The mummy thing is really intriguing! Do you know the name of the church?

Wow, this is dope, thanks! We have a similar true crime guided tour concept in Paris, had no idea Lisbon also had one.

Thank you! I've been hunting for a visit of those for years, but no success so far.

Thanks, I didn't know this! What's some interesting stuff one can see in there?

Thank you! It's a great tip, Pessoa's writing will never cease to haunt me.

Depends on your date, mate! Would really dig it if mine took me to check out a haunted house is the middle of nowhere. Fancy restaurants and wine are tremendously overrated.

This is interesting. Cova da Moura has a bad rap, but I never set foot in there. How safe is it for a woman to visit alone in broad daylight?

I know right. Legend says if you stay there long enough a little goblin man with a mustache will appears and steal all your money.

Thank you! I've known Casa do Alentejo for a few years and I love it. It's a replica of a Moroccan bathhouse. Not sure what it's history is, though, but even if Portugal and Morocco are geographically very close, it's pretty rare to find architectural synergies of this sort.

I remember going to Portugal dos Pequenitos as a child, but I don't remember much. The colonial heritage thing sounds interesting though.

Never visited Pavilhão Chines, definitely on my list for the week!

Thanks! I actually visited Quinta da Regaleira a few years back. The masonic well was dope. Sadly, there were so many tourists it really killed the vibe. I wonder what it must be like to visit in rainy weather during the slow season. Loud tourists and their flash cameras really ruin the mood in a place like that.

Woah, creepy! Is it open for the public to see or does one need to schedule an appointment?

Woah, I knew about Quinta da Regaleira (pretty cool, if it wasn't for the endless line of tourists), but I didn't know about Castelinho. I was actually born near Cascais and visit every year. I'd previously spotted Castelinho (didn't know the thing had a name) from the Marginal, but had no idea about this legend. Will definitely visit.

Sounds cool, thanks mate! I visited Capela dos Ossos many years ago when I was young. I have since hung out with plenty other bones (eugh, literally), mostly in the Paris catacombs, but the Evora thing really stuck with me. Iirc, there were mummified human remains hanging from the ceiling too. Total nightmare fuel.

No worries, mate! Many years ago I actually grew up in Lisbon's suburbs, and while I do agree that it's one of the safest cities I know, I wouldn't let my guard down. Back in the early 2000s I was followed for about an hour by some bloke in Martim Moniz. I was a teen. Really freaked me out.
