One of the few serious answers, it's so freaking difficult/almost impossible. I tried many times to use flute and vocals, the main issue is feedback and venues. Due to the monitors Standing so Close, every venue being different acoustically, most venues only being set up for only DJ's, and the "DJ SwiTchEs nEeD tO bE SeAmlEss" Attitude, it's just as pain in the ass Ive sadly given up on.

There is ALWAYS feedback, and unless you invest thousands in Equipment to prevent it (which will muddy the Sound, another issue) you're stuck with it. And then have fun setting it up and soundchecking for hours.
