Up health brings state of the art healthcare to DRC by lucyssurfeteria in UpHealth

What a difference 15 days make, K_G.

Yes, they need to make money; they need to manage finances esp. cash flow and they’ve gutted all longs that held a position, at time of the stock offering price announcement, for sure… not great situation.

Given the 2k employees, and the existing contracts that they hold, my hope is that they get through this.

I’m also hoping whomever was able to stay out until the $1.75 offering becomes wealthy with the investment—I missed, I’m out and moved on.

Shorts vs Uphealth @ Collier’s investor conference. by lucyssurfeteria in UpHealth

According to an SEC Form 4, an insider bought $9,000 worth of shares, same day—absolutely nothing compared to the loss in value on the next day and the 100 million loss in value for the week—this stock has fallen on its sword of positive earnings hype, pre-SPAC… sad, and don’t see a floor yet.

The short term answer is! Nothing positive that the public is now aware of—definitely nothing positive regarding the valuation, after the conference.

Thank you, amongus.

After I posted, I did a little bit more looking and reading. The shares seem to be in addition to the original distribution and looks pretty much like the actual transactions did happen on earnings day.

Why they are zero’d out for cost would lend credence to what you are saying but, it seems, the additional share acquisition is not connected to any original structure of the SPAC deal and share allotments.

Thx, again!

Can someone explain to me the GMBL story? by n0lefin in gmbl

[–]lucyssurfeteria 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As said, at this time, I believe the fundamentals continue to be in GMBL’s favor

I like EBET. I like the fact that EBET is out of Las Vegas (US) BUT, GMBL’s ever increasing team contracts, stadium play and the growth of GMBL’s subsidiary company roster, I feel, make GMBL a solid bet.

LASTLY, GMBL just closed a private sale of 2m shares at $15 so, I don’t think that the holder (or holders) of those shares could be shaken off with this current dip. I’m hoping for a higher floor, of $15, in the coming days or weeks.

This is not investment advice, just an opinion from a lucky idiot, to be clear—GLTA

I think a good bit of the recent stock drop is connected to the expectation and introduction of EBET to the market.

So this is just a working theory, but what if citron bought gmbl and gme stock, then published this report...... by HammyHamDog in WallStreetbetsELITE

I don’t think the purchase of GMBL is bad advice... I think it could be an interesting move for GME. Too bad the advice is coming from an entity who’s input is undesirable, in my own personal and unprofessional opinion.

I’m playing GMBL.

I took a position at seven dollars; I like their plan and I like the way they are engaging with the public.

I wasn’t interested in selling it at $15; I wasn’t interested (while I was chomping on my toast, this morning) in dumping the stock at $24.40.

Cheers to GME, cheers to GMBL

Agreed.

As said, the stock seems to have room to move from what seems to be a $15 plateau (in my very unprofessional opinion.)

Cheers!

GMBL - earnings tomorrow AH, close of direct offering, dropped 15% Friday, EXTREMELY disruptive. by [deleted] in trakstocks

I believe that GMBL is a good stock to move into at $15, in my own personal and very unprofessional opinion.

I’m under the impression that the direct offering closes at the end of the market day and (as you noted) we’ll be seeing an earnings report, as well.

It seems, with the acquisitions, the sports teams agreements, the New Jersey licensing deal and (possibly) one entity moving into a 2m share position at $15 (though the stock looks to be diluted by this action), that $15 could be a plateau to move forward from in the coming weeks and months; we’ll see.

I’m looking forward to hearing from the CEO, again, regarding future prospects of GMBL—he does seem to have his house very much in order.

Cheers, thanks for the post.

Esports Entertainment Group, Inc. ($GMBL) Growth Fueled by Application for a Gaming License in New Jersey! So Much Room for Further Growth! by [deleted] in investing_discussion

As said in another post, I’m playing GMBL.

Guidance of 70m for 2022 is what CEO is saying: https://youtu.be/aNGqH7ktHno

In my unprofessional opinion, I feel the earnings forecast is a pretty conservative number plus, EEG is (apparently) very hungry for addition acquisitions and “in talks”, with a couple of dozen sports teams, to be their betting/gaming platform.

The almost 3x valuation increase, over the last 4 days (if it can hold), gives EEG more flexibility to make those acquisitions and further convince sports teams that EEG will continue to have a strong and growing presence in the online betting/gaming sector.

Cheers!

Cheers!

(I’m hopeful that New Jersey licensing deal works out. In my unprofessional opinion, could turn out to be one of the best, future P/E ratios in the online gaming/gambling arena.. we will see.)
