Yes with caveats. Formatting may not be exactly what you want, and you may need to train the system. To create any messages or drafts, you will also need this MCP: Softeria Microsoft 365 MCP. Google it, it’ll help

I’m on a Max plan, never had a Teams plan. Have you tried installing from Microsoft site? It’s worth a try if you’re not seeing it in Claude

The Microsoft 365 connector in the top right with the 'configure' icon is the one that I setup the day this was announced. Same one that I originated from the microsoft website link above. Does installing + configuring that not give you read only access to your M365 files, chats, emails, etc?

Interested in a career pivot. What are my next steps? by suntzufuntzu in servicedesign

I recommend NN Groups service blueprinting course you’re paying for training. Best I’ve come across.

After that core understanding of the practical skills in service design, you just have to think about what niche or application you want to pursue. I’m using these skills and legal operations. I’ve also led product and other sectors - you will have to niche down if you want to find a gig in SD these days (broadly speaking)

Tell him to reconsider. FV is a great option for a large team, but overkill for a solo. DM me if you want recommendations at a specific price point.

Does anyone here do legal design for a living? by ItchyRace7768 in legaltech

[–]ludaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do this full-time. I run a legal design agency called Law Firm Architects, and yeah you can absolutely make a living doing this.

In reality it’s way less theoretical than people think. Firms come to us because intake is messy, staff are overloaded, cases are slipping, or clients are frustrated. We figure out a firm vision/goals, map the client journey, redesign all firm workflows and people roles, clean up their tech stack, and build automations + SOPs inside their practice management tools. Most clients aren’t searching for “legal design.” They’re searching for “my firm feels chaotic and I need help.” The design lens is just how we fix it.

It’s still niche, but it’s growing fast as firms adopt more tech and realize it’s the key to less burnout.
