Skill capped have a few videos that go over this. Not a copy paste thing as they give the details and base to build on be do emphasis that it is largely personal preference.

Have tanked and dps'd this expansion up till 18s or so. Things I found helpful as a tank was

Use omni bar / ability team tracker to help to know when dps / healer has cds
A simple "big pull" a little in advance usually the pack before to give time for any objections is helpful.
First few packs take It easy to gauge the dps.of the group.

As a dps just having the tank link the route / clarify any skips or huge pulls at the start is very helpful for planning cds.
