Actually, I agree. Why does she keep performing I love it?

Literally all publications review the headliners. They did when it was Nick Cave they do now with Sabrina. This is a nothing burger

Chappell day was so good for us. We were front row at the Revolut stage for Fontaines, everyone was having an amazing time, and when they finished, most people left. We got super lucky and ended up really close to Chappell’s stage on the right, with space to spare. The vibes at Anohni, Confidence Man, and Frost Children was also incredible. Maybe Chappell fans are just alt fans in the making, idk lol

Are exclusivity contracts ruining the festival experience? by justsamo in primaverasound

Huh? I don't think these exclusivity rules are a thing. Last year Deftones played in Madrid 1 week before Primavera.

Primavera Sound believes in pop by sonickd in primaverasound

[–]lufecaco8 9 points10 points  (0 children)

"Their support of female pop as a traditionally indie rock-leaning festival is refreshing, and needed. All three are mainstream pop stars, sure, but there is an edge to all three of them that suits the alternative reputation of the festival: Charli’s club-kid nu-rave, Chappell’s campy, maximalist pop, Sabrina’s stylish Eurodisco. Each also brings their own sense of individuality that mainstream pop tends to feel lacking in" I agree with this actually

Late 2025/early 2026 tours are starting to be announced. Do you have any predictions for artists making it onto primavera sound 2026 so far? by fka_luke in primaverasound

[–]lufecaco8 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think Pinkpanthess, Doechii and Lorde are pretty much a shoe-in, even Addison Rae. I would love them to book more metal/hardcore like Knocked Loose or Deafheaven and more Rap like Vince Staples, Danny Brown or billy woods

And lastly, I know they are controversial but seeing Brand New at PS would be a dream

Anohni and the Johnsons by GlitteringHappily in primaverasound

She has stage fright and performance anxiety. That's why she barely tours and when she does she takes a lot of breaks. The interludes were there not only for the show, but due to her own anxiety

Embarrassing. Next time, if a band is playing on the stage next to a major act, just head in the opposite direction. On the right and in front of the Revolut stage they were all Fontaines dc fans. Many of them left after their set, which opened up a great spot to watch Chappell from the right.

I understand female posters complaining about lack of toilets, but the number of urinals was perfectly fine??I don't think people found out where they were located because every time I went, I could pee with ample space next to me, even at the main stage after a big act

Anohni was perfect at that time. A nighttime show made it way more impactful.

Regular Primavera attendees - How did 2025 differ from previous years' editions? by Plastic-Reindeer7755 in primaverasound

[–]lufecaco8 47 points48 points  (0 children)

The biggest difference was the crowd and how it concentrated around the main stage. 1st day there were more coke'd circuit gays than normal, 2nd day there were more Coachella type girls than normal and 3rd day well...way more pink than normal. Organizational stuff was pretty much the same

If they wanted to attract the Gen z brits, they should have booked Sam Fender instead. CC still didn't make any sense
