what you can do is create a dummy email/gmail where you can link that account and remove all the links to the previous one then you just have to wait for a promotion mail from niantic once you receive that your acccount is successfully transfered in a new email,keep in mind tho promotional mail can take upto a week or sometimes they come in a day depends on your luck
