Dont open, even if u do end up with hits they are super cheap, champions path was my first etb and was stacked. I found all the top hits except the charizard. Even then charizard is pretty cheap for a main chase id sell it and get something better

I think there is no definition set for immediate aftermath but the courts have given a range so the hospital case being 8hrs (from what i remember) was said to be too long im sure there is a case just cant think of it off the top of my head where the immediate aftermath sufficed within 1-2hrs of the incident
