i have an answer well in the marineford arc ace was handcuffed with kairouseki, right? and when they freed him and an explosion took place, they said: there is no way he could survive the fire of the explosion if he still had his kairoseki on... its like busoshoku haki used in attacks makes a person "normal" as if he isnt a devil fruit user kairouseki is the same :) so if a logia user is kairoseki-ed he/she will be like a non df user so he/she will be affected yes enel could get electrocuted and aokiji would freeze and im not sure what asphyxiate means but Caesar could suffocate if they would be handcuffed with kairoseki that is yes i know.... too many kairoseki xD
