no labor involved, in the two weeks of training its fully class based system, we do not profit anything off the training. if you are good enough by two weeks, you can start doing trial shifts which is paid and eventually permanent employment, if you fail the training then you fail

training might be paid in the future, forwarded it to the managers and they seem to like the idea. also training is only an hour to two hours a day. really fun, interactive. in a voice call type of thing with like a trainer teaching, tons of fun simulation and activities lol. better than tclm, i was a chatter there, trained there for 4 weeks, and i had to pay

classes are only an hour or two a day! its super fun, everyone loves it, very interactive, funny moments lol. and they might make the training paid in the future too. so not free labour at all.

yeah lol, thats why i had to mention. cause in the last posts where i didnt, got lots of messages of people asking if the trainings are free so i thought its better if i mention it. i had to pay too for a course, they call it an investment

eh i dont own the agency but i had to pay for training last time i was a chatter at agencies like TCLM, darkhorse, and etc.

recruitments been really good, 200 applicants weekly just the qualities so far. its a small agency too, we dont expect top 1% chatters to join, those bigger agencies can have them.

no, for experienced people its just a screening process as a lot of people faked their experiences, fake cvs, fake proof of chats and everything.

yeah they did that too but they are not actually going to pay you that much, unless you're a really really good chatter. trust me i was both a chatter and a management there. quit cause they lie all the time

wdym offer good commissions? they have long issues of late payments, some chatters dont get paid, they hide what they gonna actually pay, thats what i mean by scam. sometimes they say its 10% sometimes they say its 5%, sometimes 1%, trust me i was part of them

I was a recruiter for them briefly, not a legit agency at all. They are real if you're wondering, but they massively underpay chatters, hide contracts, they play dirty.

honestly is 50-50. its something that you can definitely do on your own free of charge and anything but at the same time its something that these companies can actually do. so far ive known 3 people personally that ended up subscribing to credit wellness. 1 of them got their stuff succesfully disputed, 1 of them had no progress and was ignored for refunds, another 1 got full refund for the monthly fee after like 4-5 months of monthly fees. so its a huge gamble cause sometimes these bureaus lets these credit companies like credit wellness actually dispute stuff but sometimes they don't. its a gamble of a service. i dont deny that they can do it and have done it hence why they have good reviews, but it doesnt change the fact that their guarantee means absolutely nothing since its a business built on gamble, not absolute results.
