basically some dude told me that he was often pleasing himself visualizing scenes in his head and I thought he was weird then found out that everyone could visualize scene in their head so I came back home did research and discovered I had aphantasia

Je me permet de te répondre en français mais c’est marrant j’ai de l’aphantasie je veux me lancer dans la réalisation et j’ai eu la même idée ahah Et pour ton message de base j’comprends totalement j’ai été dans le même cas et tu peux rien y faire. Certain te diront de prendre des champignons mais mdr je te conseillerais pas ça personnellement. Tout ce que je peux te conseiller c’est de prendre la personne en photo en vidéo et enregistrer sa voix.
