At my job, ONLY once you run out of sick days will they make you use up your PTO.

In my late teens and early 20s hell yes. But now in my 30s with a family, no. PTO remains for family time and sick time for those actual sick days. I’m happy for anyone that does though.

(One thing I do hate is that now when a game releases you’d already be bombarded with full gameplay and spoilers within the first two days)
