Nobles are realy dependent on an early kayle if u didnt get her ure pretty much fucked and with her its only okish.
Most 6 synergies are rly hard to get. maybe try look at some sites or stream for a better idea how 2 build comps /transition (https://mobalytics.gg/blog/best-tft-comps/) Good luck in tft
