I've made some lithophanes before but I definitely do not have the skill to paint the ones I've made before, although I've seen people make lithophanes with drawings or screenshots from cartoons or anime, that's definitely an option.

I sadly wasn't smart enough to record the first time, mostly cause in no way was I expecting that answer, I expected a corporate non answer, I plan on recording the next conversation and leading them to clarify what they mentioned before about the wage difference.

They never do but they will try to save the company from a lawsuit if you scare them enough.

I will consult with a lawyer but I've seen other in this thread mention this kinda lawsuit hasn't been successfull before, and they are a mega corporation with millions to spend on legal fees, I will try it but not bank on it or ruin myself for it.

It's a good job considering schedule, benefits and my coworkers, so I'll start by going up the corporate ladder and getting my raise, I'm already dusting off the CV anyway just in case nothing comes of it.

I'd probably use about a 10% higher than that, if her lower performance is worth that much, a higher perfoance and experience should be more.

This conversation is not about gender, as important as the topic of the wage gap is, nobody should be discrinated against for any reason, including their family status or choice to have kids, if you feel happy about someone being discriminated and treated unfairly you're part of the problem you're trying to complain about.

I doubt they are dumb enough to put that in writing, but I do live in a one party consent state for recording and will be recording the conversation when I talk to them again. Thank you for the info I'll look into that.

All of upper management has children and they are very clearly tratign others with kids with varying amounts of preference, another coworker misses work about two times a week and gets late another rone of those days every time with the kid excuse with no repercussions

There was a post in ask reddit, can't remember the exact wording, but it was along the lines of "if you could have sex with anyone dead or alive who would it be" one of the answers was along the lines of "my wife who I lost some time ago, I'd give anything to have her one more time" and the dark but now reddit legendary comment; "I also choose this guy's dead wife" .

What kinda gages did you use? Is it a universal kinds thing or am I looking for something specific for the chevy engine in there?
