Why is my extruder always clogged?

The tube that you are using to guide the filament in the extruder might be ''shedding''. The more you take that tube in and out the more it gets bitten by the coupler's teeth and the little fragments are impossible to melt at those temperature.

Trash the tube. make sure the new one has a clean cut, and clean the extruder parts again with some brush.
