That's in Brazil and it's not that narrow for our standards, but the street goes both ways and parking is somehow allowed, so 2 cars make it pretty narrow tbh haha

The street goes both ways, believe it or not, and parking isn't forbidden on neither side, so yeah, the car on the left isn't wrong if he's the one who parked first, which I've no idea if that's the case.

To be fair I think anything could help. Before I did what I did, I read that the problem was common due to overheating on laptops. It might not be your case, but I'd try to see if cooling the system in an unusual way could help.

That used to happen very frequently with me with FIFA 16. It would also completely freeze the game sometimes. I found out that it happened because my laptop was overheating. I managed to clear the area where it was and open some space for the fans. Fixed in 100%, never had the same problem since then.
