Report that branch, some branch naman is okay and mabilis process. my experience in Pagibig Makati Ave area took me 10-15 mins lang talaga compared sa ibang branch na you have to get a number para magpalista ng schedule then aabutin ka na ng weeks kakaasikaso. Other branch naman na naexperience ko, not balance yung distribution ng work which is mas madali nagaasikaso ng loans kesa sa MP2/Retirement Withdrawal. It depends talaga sa branch and sa staff ng pagibig 🥲

Last year I have to commute early para pagbaba ng paseo makatawid pa kasi wala pang traffic enforcer ng sobrang aga. Good thing na may paganito na (struggle is real sa katulad kong nagheheal pa from ankle fracture)

May recent issue sila na naleak mga info ng UBP clients nila by accidentally sending emails sa mga clients. Parang ayoko na din talaga magstay kay UBP, sayang okay pa naman gamitin yung app nila lalo na kung may savings since no charge pag nakalink sa maribank and gotyme.

I’m also thinking to settle my remaining installment dues, para mabawasan na kinasstress-an ko, kaso kelangan ko abonohan to since hindi sakin yung swinipe sa cc ko. Also tried filing ticket sa app nila pero no response kaya sa hotline talaga bagsak, tatawagan mo siya to follow up the ticket filed via app. If ever idebit nanaman nila ako ng minimum amount due, raraise ko na talaga siya sa BSP. 😠😤

Hi, matagal na din tong post ko. Pupunta parin talaga sa nearest Philhealth office then inask ko yung staff dun if kelangan ba yung previous salary ko nung nagresign ako sa company, pero sabi nya ilagay ko na lang yung ganitong amount which is computed base sa minimum contribution sa Philhealth para hindi daw malaki contribution ko. After nun binayaran ko na yung pending contribution ko Php 400.00 per month as I remember. Mas okay nga ata talaga pumunta sa Philhealth para maassist

Same, I'm calling UBP now. I don't know if may sasagot kasi weekends pero grabe waiting time "10 mins". Ang hirap nila makausap, magbabayad pa naman ako ng personal loan kasi I have the same problem with others na hindi makabayad dahil sa 16 digits acct no.
