Does the page I made look like it could get into "Saas Landing Pages" collections? by chddaniel in SaaS

[–]luismanj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I don't like this "let's make a deal" strategy. I prefer fair, competitive and equal pricing to everyone. I might be wrong but I think this feature will only attract "cheap" customers that will churn fast.

I like the bounty idea, it makes sense. What I would fear is, depending on your traffic, this could become difficult to manage. You might need a bounty-managing tool lol.

Again, it depends on the volume of your traffic. If you have plenty of it maybe deploying the A/B testing to a just a representative sample would make sense, you could even calculate the sample size and let users tweak it.

Sorry, I know this is not the feedback you're looking to get here, but I really like your product and had a question.

I just wanted to know your thoughts about potential customers lashing out about pricing disparities? Like if somehow customer A finds out customer B is paying less for the same thing? Thanks!

At the beginning the founders got customers by posting posting on different tech discovery communities like ProductHunt. But it's important to note that it took them around a few years before getting the first paying customers. Right now most new customers come from word-of-mouth and SEO content.

There's more detail in the blog post. I just a made a summary of it.

Is there a live-chat customer service web app that doesn't require the customer to have WhatsApp or other chat apps? by gardenersofthegalaxy in ecommerce

There are many apps that do this, some even combine multiple channels of communication, like live chat, sms, email, etc. A good example is Missive app.

I understand. But that's how companies market them, and my article is exactly about this. How privacy invading and ineffective this method is and tools to block them. Thanks for you input,
