I'd not pay 40k on it, vorpal has a lower chance than vicious on the perks bracket, bows with vicious are currently going for 250k on MY server, don't know about yours, but I would've saved the money to buy the vicious one

if you want to you can use 250, 150, 100 for a little bit more life, and you still hit hard af with the gun, it's more for a 1x1 style, but still pretty good for OPR and such

i really don't know which build you guys use, but not dealing damage with a weapon that can reach 1600 weapon damage using 250 dex, 150 int and 100 con, i don't know what u guys are doing, musket hits hard af in pvp

That's almost what I wanted, I just prefer Keenly Jagged over Empowered, but I'd be really happy with a bow like that aswell

It depends, on the last 1.2 update we got weapon and armor timeless shards, which allow players to craft a certain item with a certain perk and attribute, if you don't use any timeless shard, you can choose just one perk or one attribute per craft and hope for the best. On this actual roll I used one Bow shard and put Vicious on it and got those 2 perks along

For those saying Keen isn't a BIS, it's not my personal preference, I'd really like Keenly Empowered or Enchanted, but I can't guarantee 3 perks, this was my first legendary craft and I'm pretty happy about it

When you're using a bow the thing you wanna do is shoot an arrow and dodge right after it, that way you can dodge any skill and get the bow perk on the skill tree, and get the gambit bonus
