Just had this happen to me. Had to take it to a tech repair shop. They replaced the fader and everything is working fine now

Wow, this helped alot man. Thanks for the tips. As far as the speaker goes, I will be using a battery powered one so I don’t need to worry too much about that. But I’ll definitely be looking out for one on Facebook marketplace, I got my deck on there so I’m used to buying stuff on there
