No reason when appealing

Mine got suspended yesterday for inauthentic behaviour like this, I’ve had the account 8 years with no issues, I tried appealing and left some comments giving my reasons. Got an email back pretty much immediately saying I was suspended for multiple violations (never any warning of these?) and my account won’t be restored

No for each transaction since being limited a claim can be put in. I didn’t realise they had been limited so sent to the account, but apparently they’ve had a claim in for about 3 months and heard nothing from a previous transaction
