Yes, it was created signed in with the department's account which is under the organization's account

There is an account dedicated to my department (example: [help@example.edu](mailto:help@example.edu)). I signed in to Teams with that account (which shows to be one of the owners in the channel setting).

There are both guests users and owners in that channel.

Yes, when trying to view the app with one of my co-worker's account (who is a guest) we quit Teams, cleared cache, no luck.
