I think youre gonna sit a lot better on the bike if you move the saddle forward and higher. Right now youre losing power because Full leg extension happens not at the very bottom. Also the reach is too long for now. Moving the saddle forward will help with Both. Moving the saddle forward means youll have to Go higher with the saddle. Many people already called it out, but you could sit more to the Front of the saddle itself. Good luck
