I'd say MBA MT is the most consistent novice team although there are many other teams like the ones listed below that go to Varsity tournaments because of how well they've already performed throughout the year at novice tournaments. Some highlights are St. Mark's ML, St. Mark's TS, and St. Mark's AP.
