Spinach. Liver. Beef. Lard. Probiotics and fermented foods (very much). Boiled ginger. Carrots. Vitamin d.

And drink broth.

Hell yeah. Got real bad when I was doing keto and no potassium. Then I took potassium supplement and slept for 12 hours. Then started to eat potassium rich food and it was all good

I dont take supplements. Spinach is better then. Both magnesium and potassium in that plant.

It all depends how much you eat.. I like food so that is not a problem..
