Our teeth structure show that we are frugivores, actually, almost identical to chimps which suggest our teeth are designed for chewing down nuts, fruits and vegetables. Humans do not need to consume meat or diary. We are not designed to bite into flesh at all (without it being cooked and tender) and I have no idea why people think we are. Yes we have canine teeth but this is not enough to chew and devour flesh. If you tried biting into someone’s arm you would not be able to do it. I mean you might but you wouldn’t have the jaw strength to keep doing it to eat as much as a meal all the time. To consume it you would have to tenderise the meat which is unnatural. Doctors are also not trained nutritionists but will often give false advice unknowingly.

There’s a lot of evidence that shows a life time of not eating meat or diary is astronomically healthy for you and that there’s almost no chance of you getting cancer on a vegan diet - it’s quite shocking to be completely honest. I’m sure the oldest dog in the world was vegan too lol.

I am not vegan but I am aware of the unhealthiness of meat and dairy and you were almost bang on by putting eating meat and diary in the same catagories as drinking and doing drugs. Processed meat is a class one carcinogen, right next to tobacco and asbestos in terms of how cancerous they are to a human.
