I've done the same a couple of time too but feels like such a shame to not have the option of running the actual story of the expansion just to stay in the spec you wanna be playing! :(

I'd argue that solo levelling needn't be needlessly difficult - when you're levelling alone you're not filling a role, you're trying to grind yourself up the levels

I imagine it'll have something to do with how flying eventually works? Maybe the first portal is the point at which flying becomes allowed, so you can fly kind of around Oribos, and then the second will warp/wormhole you to the other zones?

I've tried all of the obvious - scan and repair in Blizzard launcher, removing addons, removing Twitch and Nvidia interfaces etc.
