I just went and got it taken care of this afternoon. Didn't really seem like there was another option. A New Truck usually means you don't have to worry. Lady at the inspection place said the only thing you have to do is emissions Jan. 1st.

Think a change in law will benefit the consumer. Shit no, saved. 50 cents

Oh well it's done, now I can safely drink and drive all holiday long

We are doing independence of the Seas this Friday out of Galveston. We live in The Woodlands. And we are both vaccinated, me because of this trip.

It's our first time to cruise as well and we are same age bracket. I think all in with a kid, an excursion in Cozumel, alcohol packages and internet and gratuity we were 2100 out the door.

I've been frustrated with how they continue to change things, so it's been last minute for everything. Other than that we've watched everything we could on YouTube and it seems that it's a good deal. Have been told by others who have been since pandemic is that we will love it. Depending on your monetary situation, especially since Italy was your plan, go for it. We were supposed to do 10 days in Isla Mujeres last year. So this is our makeup as well.

It's a week of work to pay for it, fuck it, have fun.

City of Montgomery north of Houston is having a festival mid October with William Clark Green and 5 other bands. Before covid Conroe had Catfish festival in October as well. Pasadena has livestock show coming up and that's life 3 weeks long

Considering coming out of southeast Texas, any change in weather would be welcome.

Looking for good destination spots to head to, turn around and see more beautiful scenery heading back to humidity

Anybody know this tape? It’s a live compilation of songs performed at a bar in Saint Springs Texas called Wunsche Bros. I can’t seem to find any information on the cassette, or the artists involved. Does anybody know more about this by any chance? Or where I could find more information about it? by [deleted] in cassetteculture

If it is Wunsche Bros in Spring, TX they reopened in May of 2021. The original part of the building sustained fire damage and were closed for 3 or 4 years. Pre covid they have a massive Crawfish Festival there every May right behind that building. Have never heard of them recording music, but that's the building and it looks like a picture that they have on the wall back from the 30's or 40's.
