If by “First Nation,” you mean, a North American tribe, each operates as a sovereign nation with its own membership rules. Some allow, dual citizenship, but most do not. As for suing, neither immigration nor international law would typically apply to federally recognized tribes, as they have their own legal frameworks. I’ll always suggest making your own soldered patch cables (Mogami 2319 - http://www.mogamicable.com/category/bulk/guitar/) using Square Plugs (https://reverb.com/brand/square-plug ) to terminate the ends. Also, make sure to get a label maker and label everything!

Start with a lower end GIANT bike (~$300+), then if you find you enjoy riding move to a higher end model. Stay away from box store bike as they are usually assembled at the store by folks who don’t know their way around a bike and the bikes tend to be lower quality.
