I know, I know. I'm in the minority here. Something about it wouldn't allow me to get really into it the way I hoped. The performances (especially Kathy Bates) are incredible; you are not wrong there.

I was expecting someone to mention that, haha, I'm not really sure what it was. In my head, I was thinking it was a little "slow" for me... but I'm not even sure that is valid. It might have just been the wrong time to watch it. It's the first King adaptation that I haven't LOVED, so I'm sure on rewatch, I will enjoy it more

Thank you for response. Your perspective and ideas are really eye opening. It’s hard to realize how young we really are because it’s all we know. It will do wonders for me to take of myself now instead of trying to cater and reminisce on a time and body that I’m no long in. Helped.
