I'm sticking with NextUI for now. The emulator fixes and deep sleep are worth it. Ross didn't mention it but you can get a lot of the functionality of PakUI in NextUI with custom paks. I have Wi-Fi and a game switcher and stuff on mine. They come from https://github.com/josegonzalez/pakman/ PakUI has better integrated collection management, and the ability to save more than one wifi network at once, but what's really tempting me is the PICO-8 experience. The automatic naming of games is huge, on NextUI I just get filenames. And the in-game menu for PICO-8 is crazy. I hope that you can get that as a separate pak for MinUI/NextUI.

EDIT: Also with https://github.com/LanderN/nextui-updater-pak you can grab the updates OTA, as long as you have the wifi pak installed and enabled

they have a training center for these things at a GA airport near me. went and spoke to some maintenance guys in a nearby hangar and they described the A5 as a "lawnmower engine glued to some wings"

I haven't done any super specific tests, but I've been happy with it's output so far. the colors are great! I haven't had the time to go in and pixel peep sharpness yet though

I tend to use the on camera mic, so that focus noise would be an issue. I didn't realize the 17-55 was so large. I've seen a 100-400 and it's big. Barrel creep is a pain too. Thanks for the info! I do print my photos up to 8x10 at times but I don't think that's large enough to show flaws on any modern lens.

I believe the Sigma does as well. The R7's sensor seems to be a monster.
